Why do you workout?

Working out reminds me that I am able and capable. It’s like my body exhales and says:

“See, this is what I’m made to do. I’m made to move. My organs & systems function way better and our mind gets to breathe too.”

Speaking about the mind, did you know that exercise pumps blood to the brain which can help us think more clearly, it can also help reduce stress, improve sleep, releases feel good chemicals that improves our mood & helps with memory?

So, maybe we can take the emphasis off working out to look a certain way and do it because our minds and our bodies freakin LOVE IT.
