What does feeling good feel like for you?

I’m curious. I’m exploring the narrative of what helps us feel good as Mama’s, as women, as humans. The thing we need to figure out first is what feeling good actually feels like and then, we can go about figuring out how to get there.

Is it having energy? Is it a clear head? Is it more patience? Is it feeling strong? Is it confidence in what you’re doing? Is it time & space to think and imagine? Is it solid relationships and connections with others? Is it moving your body? Is it feeling heard? Is it all of these or is it something else?

I wonder have you stopped to think about what feeling good feels like for you?
