Flourish Mama is all about helping down-to-earth Mama’s feel strong, confident and connected through kind movement and exercise.
We’re a village that values you for who you are. A space that believes that all bodies are good bodies and that movement is for everyone.
It’s about pre and postnatal exercise that is safe, that feels good and that helps you feel strong, empowered and connected to yourself.
It’s about practicing self-compassion and reminding you that you are worthy and valuable.
It’s about adopting rhythms that enable you to feel well and live well. And to practice kindness towards yourself. I say ‘practice’ because that’s the aim. To practice, to learn, to improve, to grow. There’s no room for perfectionism here, because as you know, life is messy and full and imperfect and we don’t need the pressure of getting it exactly right all the time.
It’s a place for genuine, real-life conversations about ALL the things relevant to a Mama’s life like movement, mental health, body image and mothering and a place to ask the questions you might have held off asking.
So here it is, a place to take a deep breath, release unrealistic expectations of yourself and embrace the imperfect practice of living. Beautifully + Boldly, so you can flourish Mama.
