“I am valuable, I am worthy, I am loved”
Today is a good day to sink into these words. Why?
Because there are too many Mamas forgetting that simply being alive makes these words true.
Because you exist, this is true.
Because you are here, this is true.
If you don’t ‘achieve’ anything ever again, this is true.
If you sat on your lounge forever, this would be true (you’d probably be bored, but this would still be true.)
I believe one of the truest things about us is that we were created out of deep, unwavering love for humanity & the world.
Today is Good Friday, to me and mine it’s a special day. It reminds me that I am valuable, worthy and loved just as I am and that there is a bigger love that covers the world even in crappy times.
This may not be something you believe, but if there is something in this that you can hold as truth for yourself, I hope it is that you know without a doubt that you are valuable, worthy and loved just as you are.
