Her Spark is all about intentionally wandering through 4 weeks with a beautiful dose of movement, mindset and self care without the extra mental load. This is the perfect time to connect with yourself and create helpful practices to carry with you as you live your life. This is a 4 week online program created to provide you with simple workouts, effective self care goals, an opportunity to learn along with gentle accountability to make time for yourself. This is not meant to add stress, it's to provide the space and the tools that remind you to be compassionate with yourself, to keep you moving and to take care of YOU. What can you expect? 🤸‍♀️ Move Sessions: 3 x written workouts / week 🌻 Bloom Sessions: Daily self care, movement and mindset tips or goals ✨ Grow Sessions: 4 x Mini Edu-Sessions (recorded) Delivered via our app. Important Bits & Pieces: Please seek medical advice/clearance prior to participating in any form of exercise. Women who are more than 30 weeks pregnant and have not been exercising or women who are less than 8 weeks postpartum and/or have not received medical clearance to return to exercise are not encouraged to do the exercise within this program. Exercise will be completed in your time, in your space, therefore Flourish Mama takes no responsibility / accepts no liability for any negative outcomes related to any part of this program.
