Welcome to Flourish Mama, I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Mama of two girls, wife and Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer based in Kiama and I LOVE working with women. I truly believe that all bodies are good bodies, that movement is for everyone and that Mama's deserve empowering, safe and thoughtful support throughout their entire motherhood journey.
